1. Data controller

2. What data we process

The data you provide in a form or message: full name, phone number, email address (optional), the content of your message and, in the driver application form, your licence categories and experience.

3. Purposes and legal bases

answering your enquiry and correspondence — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (the Controller’s legitimate interest);
taking steps at your request before entering into a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR;
driver recruitment — Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR in connection with labour law, and for data provided voluntarily beyond what is required — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR);
establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims — Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Retention period

Enquiry data is kept for the duration of the correspondence and then for up to 12 months, unless a contract is concluded — in which case for the period required by law. Recruitment data is kept until the recruitment ends, no longer than 6 months, unless you consent to future recruitment.

5. Recipients

Data may be entrusted to providers that deliver services to us: website hosting (Cloudflare, Inc.), email, and form message delivery. They process data only on our instructions. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area — in that case on the basis of a European Commission decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or standard contractual clauses.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, to object, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing). You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa).

7. Voluntary provision

Providing data is voluntary but necessary for us to answer your enquiry or consider your application. We do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling.

8. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use cookies for analytics or advertising. Only your chosen site language is stored in your browser (localStorage). The contact page embeds a Google Maps map — when it is displayed, Google Ireland Ltd. may set its own cookies in line with the Google Privacy Policy. Fonts are hosted on our own server.
